Getting mail past Gmail: SPF, DKIM, DMARC

Self-hosted mail is still doable. The checklist: correct PTR record, SPF with -all, DKIM via opendkim, and a DMARC policy starting at p=none with reports.

After two weeks of clean reports I moved to quarantine.
